One of my jobs requires me to stand sometime over 12 hours straight. Last Spring (2024), I would work a shift, and then HAVE to come get adjusted before my next shift. Last weekend, I worked 2 days in a row, standing for 13 hours and then 9 hours the next day. I noticed the following day that I had absolutely no back pain…not even a little soreness!
